A young woman named Makoto is a highly-ranked ability user in a futuristic city, possessing electric powers. Driven by insecurity, a lower-ranked electric user named Jonoya Okuhara attempts to surpass her. He develops the ability to control others’ nerves using electricity and aims to defeat Makoto.
